The Art Lab's Shannon Lee prepares the painting table at the Art Reception for people who will paint flags for our "FLAGS: Sculpture in the Sky" public art project.

Great turn out of hard working individuals for the "Garden Party!" Sprouts are already popping out of the soil.

"Art Rising!" Art Lab's featured event at "Chicago Artists Month"

 Photo essay by Shannon Lee.
Dennis Jose spoke on "Building Partnerships between Artists needing Studio Space and Building Managers in Manufacturing and Industrial Corridors."
Janice Bond lead a panel on "Creating Better Communication between Community Art Organizations and the Populations they Serve."

Jane Albright is acknowledged for her mural, which is the first of several Art Lab courtyard murals that will be painted.
Music at "Art Rising!" was provided by Nora Barton, Matt Shelton and a talented out of town guest on harp.
