Dennis is...Founder of the Art
Lab and an Art Lab artist in residence.
A painter and sculptor with 25 years experience. A prolific
visual artist, his work is widely collected in the US, Europe
and Pacific Rim countries.
His three decade study of Visual Art has taken him to classrooms
and studios in Africa, the Middle East, The Universities of
Wisconsin (Madison) and Oregon (Eugene) as well as the School of
the Arts Institute.
Dennis' literary arts output
includes: writing on-air copy for Walter Cronkite (oh my, and as
a teenager!); representing the Green Mill in National Slam
Poetry competitions; and "ghost-writing" of most everything from
short film scripts to book length fiction and non-fiction
Dennis is a Public Art Creator, Project Director and Performance
Troop Leader, with credits that include hosting the long running
literary event, "City Lights Writers' Night" (Texas) and the
collaborative visual arts event, "The Street Gallery"
In the 1980's he acted as Co-Coordinator of several west coast
Art Fairs and worked in the non-profit Arts sector in Corporate
Sponsorship for the Arts, and for the University of Oregon's
